Our Three-layer Procedure Mask come in boxes of 50 masks, they are manufactured in Canada and are compliant in accordance to the American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) F2100-20 either as Level 1, 2 or 3.
In order to obtain ASTM compliance, our masks have to pass the 5 below tests:
- Blood Penetration tests
- Breathability Tests
- Bacterial Filtration Efficiency Tests
- Sub-Micron Particulate (0.1 micron) filtration Efficiency Tests
- Flame Spread
With the use of high-quality filter membrane, we are able to achieve greater breathability, allowing the user to feel comfortable for an extended period of time.
The twin-wire coated nose piece we use ensure proper fit and better protection from harmful particles, while at the same time stopping the air from traveling up around the nose and fogging the users’ glasses. The rubber coating around the twin-wires ensure that the nose piece sits comfortable on the nose while maintaining it’s form.
Our masks are Latex free and Graphene free. Rest assured that the quality and performance level of our products is our top priority.
